Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also add a phone number, preferred event date and guest count. We ask for your consent to use these details to respond to your enquiry.
How enquiries are handled
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website’s managed database. The site requests an alert for the website project owner to review your message. External services
Reservations open Sam’s SevenRooms booking page. Gift-card purchases open the Now Book It provider. The location map uses Google Maps. Those services handle the information you provide under their own privacy policies. Social links open Instagram or Facebook.
Enquiry security and access
The form checks submitted information and applies spam checks. Enquiry records are not available through a public listing endpoint, and customer contact information is not included in page HTML. Before launch, the venue and website owner should confirm access arrangements, retention periods and privacy responsibilities.
